Product Introduction:

The 3D magnetic field test platform is an integrated system specially developed for testing the magnetic field strength in 3D space and visualization. It can automatically control the 3D motion system in X, Y and Z axis by software,The magnetic field intensity is measured by Gaussian meter in real time,The measured magnetic field strength data can be analyzed and visualized,Generate a magnetic field intensity gradient map,Includes three dimensional view, top view, side view and other views。The 3D magnetic field testing platform is composed of platform base, 3D motion system, software control system of Gauss meter component and so on,The three-dimensional motion system includes X, Y and Z three-axis motion motors,Motion controller;The Gauss meter assembly comprises a Gauss meter and a Gauss meter probe,The Gauss meter probe is mounted on the 3D motion system through the Gauss meter probe bracket,The magnetic field strength can be measured in real time with the motion of the three-dimensional motion system,The magnetic field strength data is recorded, analyzed and presented by software control system。

Standard configuration:

  • The base of the three-dimensional magnetic field test platform comprises a sample placing platform, a base cavity and a vibration damping pad;
  • Three-dimensional motion system, including X, Y, Z three-axis motor, motion controller, X axis, Y axis, Z axis stroke is 350mm or 200mm;
  • A set of software control system, including an all-in-one computer and control software, can control the motion of the three-dimensional motion system and record magnetic field strength data, with one-click start and stop, manual scanning, three-dimensional automatic scanning, data analysis, generation of gradient map and other functions;

Optional configuration:

  • Three-dimensional Gauss meter + three-dimensional Gauss meter probe;
  • One-dimensional Gauss meter + one-dimensional Gauss meter probe;
  • Work table, 90mm long * 120mm wide * 80mm high, used to place the 3D magnetic field test platform, with a bracket for placing the keyboard and mouse, can be installed in an all-in-one computer;

Product features:

  • Optional one-dimensional or three-dimensional probe and Gauss meter, respectively, for testing one-dimensional or three-dimensional magnetic field;
  • Three-dimensional magnetic field can test three-dimensional vector magnetic field and X, Y, Z axis magnetic field components;
  • The stroke of the three-dimensional magnetic field test platform in X, Y, Z three directions can be selected 350mm or 200mm, and the movement speed can be adjusted;
  • The Gauss probe is mounted on the 3D motion platform through the Gauss probe bracket, and can be rotated up and down 90° by a knob on the side。
  • The motion of the 3D magnetic field test platform is controlled by the test software. The test software has the functions of one-key start and stop, manual 3D scanning and recording of the magnetic field, data processing, generating gradient map, etc.
  • The test software can visually present the test data. Through the function of generating gradient map, the distribution of magnetic field intensity in space can be viewed in three-dimensional view, top view, side view and other views.

Manual scan:Manually control point-by-point scanning in 3D space and record magnetic field intensity data;

3D automatic scanning:By setting parameters such as starting point and step, the magnetic field intensity data can be automatically scanned point by point and recorded in 3D space.

Data analysis:Data analysis can automatically display the test data, the minimum value, and the corresponding coordinates, calculate the average value, standard deviation uniformity and other parameters;

Generate gradient map:The gradient map can visually present the data of the magnetic field intensity in the space and generate the magnetic field intensity gradient map, which includes multiple views such as three-dimensional view, top view and side view, and distinguishes the distribution of the magnetic field intensity in the space by color, so that the distribution of the magnetic field intensity in the space can be visually seen.
